The New Falcon Radon 29" wheel mountain Bike is now even better value for 2016 with improved components and more gears. 29'ers are fast becoming the future of MTB for taller riders with larger wheels that rolls better over rough terrain and are more efficient on the flat. Deep, strong double wall rims are constructed from lightweight alloy to give strength whilst keeping a check on the weight, and are fitted with knobbly " width tyres for supreme grip and traction when riding off-road. The Radon operates on a Zoom branded 29er specific suspension fork with alloy crown to provide responsive and reliable suspension. A tough steel A-head stem and 620 mm wide bars puts you in full control of the Bike so the Radon performs how you want it to. Shimano E-Z-fire shifters power the now upgraded 24 speed drivetrain (including shimano front and rear derailleurs and chainset) for rapid changing and are integrated into the alloy brake levers for a simple modular design. The Shimano alloy brake levers control the front and rear Zoom mechanical disc brakes, which brake onto a 160 mm stainless rotors for improved heat dispersion and performance longevity. The comfortable Falcon branded saddle is connected by an alloy micro-adjust fitment to the long 300 mm seat post to allow ample adjustment. The Radon's frame has been designed to be more compact than the early generation of 29'ers meaning that it provides an improved fit for most people, rather than only being suitable for larger riders. Suitable for age 12+ years. Inside leg measurement of 76cm - 87cm / 30-36". Please note that this bicycle is part assembled on delivery and therefore you will be required to fit certain parts and make setup adjustments to components such as the gears and brakes prior to use and also on an ongoing basis for maintenance purposes.
